Children are enrolled only by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a child, the parent or guardian consents to our collection and use of the child’s information as described in this Policy.
We collect only the information about a child that is reasonably needed to provide our programs, keep the child safe and keep parents informed. We do not condition a child’s participation on providing more information than is needed.
Children under 13 may not create their own accounts, post content or use chat features unless a parent or guardian has given consent and supervises that use. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it.
Student projects, photos or videos are shown publicly only with a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not publish a child’s full name, school or location together with their image.
A parent or guardian can at any time review the information we hold about their child, ask us to correct or delete it, and refuse further collection or use, by contacting us. Deleting some information may mean the child can no longer take part in certain activities.

We do not use children’s information for targeted advertising and we do not sell anyone’s personal information.
Some features, such as our AI guide, send the text of a conversation to an AI model provider to generate replies. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat. Children under 13 should use AI chat only with a parent’s permission and supervision.
We keep enrollment and payment records for as long as needed to provide our programs and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We delete or de-identify a child’s information when it is no longer needed for those purposes, or sooner if a parent asks and the law allows.
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls that limit enrollment and payment records to the family that owns them and to authorized staff. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
Parents and guardians can ask to see, correct, export or delete their own and their child’s information, and can opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice on the site or by email before it takes effect.
If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the updated Privacy Policy applies to you.
If we want to use a child’s information in a materially different way, we will ask for a parent or guardian’s consent first.
